Retired Jacksonville detective arrested in cold case murder that took place when he was on the force

A Florida man has been accused of killing a convenience store owner 21 years ago in a home invasion robbery when he was working as a detective for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and knew the vicitim because he had been surveilling him in a drug investigation.
